This Privacy Policy explains how Scripter (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service.
Project data: We store the scripts and project data you create within the Service in our database (Supabase) to enable sync across sessions.
Usage and analytics data: We may collect basic usage information such as page visits, feature interactions, pricing views, checkout starts, registrations, and purchase events to improve the Service and measure advertising performance. We do not intentionally send your project scripts, generated conversations, or message content to analytics or advertising services.
Payment information: We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited. We receive only transaction status information from Paddle.
We use the information we collect to:
Google OAuth: Used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Used to store your account and project data. Data is stored securely with access controls.
Paddle: Used to process payments and manage subscriptions. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: Used to measure site traffic and performance.
Meta Pixel: Used to measure advertising performance and conversion events such as page views, pricing views, checkout starts, registrations, and purchases. Subject to Meta's privacy terms and controls.
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
