By accessing or using Scripter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Scripter is a web-based tool that allows users to create, edit, and export Discord-style chat conversation scripts as PNG images. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
You must sign in with a Google account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others.
You agree not to use the Service to create content that:

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings panel.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms.
The Service and its underlying technology are owned by Scripter. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scripter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
